| 摘 要： | 对韶钢3200m~2高炉的设计特点进行了总结分析。根据韶钢原有7座高炉生产经验,3200m~3高炉采用了上罐固定式串罐无料钟炉顶、全炉身冷却壁、先进的软水密闭循环冷却、陶瓷杯与炭砖的复合结构、内燃式热风炉、薄壁炉衬、铜冷却壁、无填沙层平坦化钢结构出铁场、煤气上升管球节点、嘉恒法水渣处理等先进技术。
