钻削壳体类零件轴向孔系的成组夹具设计

摘    要:介绍了一种用于钻削壳体类零件轴向孔系的成组夹具,利用了偏心钻套的偏心特性,V型可调滑块机构等实现了夹具上钻套位置的移动,可以对夹具孔系中心距进行精确调整,从而为同类成组夹具的设计与制造提供了借鉴.

Abstract:This thesis introduces a kind of group clamps applied to axis holes of hardware which belongs to drilling and chopping hull species.The group clamps make use of eccentricity characteristic of eccentricity axis sheath and V-shaped adjustable slide-block machine which actualize the motion of drilling sheath's position on clamps and can adjust the hub distance of clamp holes.Accordingly it is used for reference in design and manufacture by congeneric group clamps.
