摘    要:用紧凑拉伸(CT)试件,测试了API5LX52管材及焊管接头的疲劳裂纹扩展速率,根据泵站的载荷谱,估算了管线的服役寿命。指出管线运行载荷谱及焊管缺陷对石油管线的服役寿命有重要影响。减少运行中管线的压力波动。消除焊趾缺陷。严格焊管生产的无损检查,对延长管线的服役寿命有重要作用。

Abstract:Fatigue crack growth rate has been measured for the API 5L X52 steel and its welded joints using CT specimens.Based on the operational pressure fluctuation spectrum acquired at pump station discharges,service life of the pipeline is estimated.It is indicated that operational pressure spectrum and defects of pipeline has important influence on the lifetime of crude oil pipeline.In order to extend the lifetime,we must decrease the pressure fluctuation of the pipeline, eliminate defects of welds,and enhance non-destructive testing.
