面向制造的零件结构特征设计的实用技术

摘    要:为了零件结构具有良好的工艺性以及CAD/CAPP/CAM的信息集成的需要,分析了零件制造特征,指出了在零件结构特征设计时应考虑的制造因素。为了有利于择优选用设计方案,提出了利用特征表达式进行成型特征设计;为了方便地进行零件结构特征设计和工艺过程的仿真检验,建议利用现有的三维CAD软件。应用表明,该方法具有明显的实用性。

Abstract:For the sake of letting the structure of part to have good technological property and of meeting the demand of CAD/CAPP/CAM information integration,the manufacturing features of part have been analyzed,and the manufacturing factors ought to be considered while going on feature design of part structure have been pointed out.In order to be advantageous to choose an optimal scheme,the forming feature design to be carried out by the use of feature expression was put forward.For the sake of conveniently carrying out feature design of part structure and simulation test of technological process,the available 3D CAD software is suggested to be utilized.It is shown by application that this method possesses evident practicability.
