关于江西某褐铁矿选矿工艺的探讨

摘    要:江西某铁矿主要为褐铁矿,该矿含泥含水大且可选性差。本研究采用浮选、重选、磁选和磁化焙烧等选矿方法进行了试验研究。试验表明,在原矿品位37.16%的情况下,磁化焙烧工艺可获得铁精矿品位在65%左右,回收率80%左右的技术指标。如果从当地能源情况和经济方面考虑,也可采用,弱磁选-强磁选-正浮选工艺或者分级-重选-细粒浮选工艺联合流程。

Abstract:The Jiangxi iron mine are limonite mainly , The iron not only contains a lot of water and mud but also dressing concentrate is lack, adopted flotation , gravity selections , magnetism and firing carried out an experiment studying. The experiment indicates that on the ground of 37.16% of feed grade, the baking technology gained about 65% for iron concentrate, the recovery is over 80%. But thinks form economy, suggestion on adopting low-magnetism-high-magnetism-pro-flotation or classiflcation-gravity-grained flotation ect technological process.
