大港油田孔102井蒸汽吞吐热采试验研究

摘    要:为了开发孔102井馆陶组稠油,大港油田先后采用了螺杆泵举升工艺、油层化学吞吐+螺杆泵举升工艺、油层防砂+有杆泵电加热举升工艺3种冷采工艺方式,由于油稠、出砂等原因,均未获成功。为此,进行了蒸汽吞吐热采先导性试验,使该井恢复了正常生产,使评价工作得以顺利开展。介绍了该井试油和采用冷采工艺方式试采的情况,详细介绍了蒸汽吞吐的施工过程和效果。该井实施蒸汽吞吐的成功不仅对大港油田稠油油藏的热采开发提供了一种技术手段,而且对国内类似稠油油藏的开采也具有一定借鉴意义。

Abstract:In order to recover thick oil trapped in the Guantao section, Kong 102 Well, Dagang Oilfield has successively employed three distinct cold recovery techniques, screw-pump lifting, chemical treatments plus screw-pump lifting, and sand control plus rod pump electric heating. Due to the high viscosity of crude oil and sand production, the above three methods all failed. Therefore, steam recovery tests were carried out in this well, and its normal production was resumed, evaluation was successfully conducted as a result. This paper presents well tests and cold recovery operations in this well, introduces in detail process and effectiveness of steam recovery. Success of steam recovery in this well provides not only a technical way to recover thick oil in Dagang Oilfield but also some reference to similar reservoirs in China.
