PABA与PET共聚合反应的研究

摘    要:1.报告了对乙酰氧基苯甲酸(PABA)的合成及其自缩聚反应的研究结果。表明自缩聚反应在远低于PET熔点温度下便开始进行,反应速度常数与温度倒数关系有一极值,从反应机理对结果的影响进行了分析和讨论。Ⅱ.考察了对羟基苯甲酸(PHB)对PET的酸解反应,除进一步验证了PABA与PET共聚反应中确存在酸解反应外,还表明这一反应是较为迅速的。

Abstract:The synthesis and self-polycondensation reaction of p-acetoxy-benzoic acid(PABA) have been studied in thispaper. It is shown that the reaction of PABA self-polycondensation is come into being at the temperaturewhich is far slower than the melting point of PET,the relation of the velocity constant of reaction with thereciprocal of temperature has a maximum. The influence of the reaction mechanism on the reaction results isanalyzed and discussed.The acidolysis reaction of phydroxy-benzoic acid(PHB) on the PET is studied.It isfurther confirmed that the acidolysis reaction is really existing in the process of PABA/PET copolymeriza-tion,and that this reaction is much rapid.
