高压开关柜绝缘缺陷分析及改进措施

针对国产高压开关柜绝缘缺陷进行了分析，指出了目前高压开关柜在设计、制造、运行中存在的问题：相间及相对地的空气间隙偏小；柜内采用的有机绝缘材质性能差；复合绝缘中的纯空气间隙较小；柜内某些元件绝缘水平低等。从而提出了高压开关柜绝缘的改进措施

HV Switchboard Insulation Defect Analysis and Improving Measurement

The insulation defect of the domestic HV switchboard was analysed.It points out the problem existing in the design、manufacturing、operation of the HV switchboard:the air gap of phase-to-phase and phase-to-ground is a little small;the performance of the material quality of the organic insulation used in the switchboard is bad;the pure air gap in the compound insulation is a little small;the insulation level of some components in the switchboard is low.So the improving measurement of the switchboar insulatidon is put forward.
