高压开关柜绝缘缺陷分析及改进措施

摘    要:针对国产高压开关柜绝缘缺陷进行了分析,指出了目前高压开关柜在设计、制造、运行中存在的问题:相间及相对地的空气间隙偏小;柜内采用的有机绝缘材质性能差;复合绝缘中的纯空气间隙较小;柜内某些元件绝缘水平低等。从而提出了高压开关柜绝缘的改进措施

Abstract:The insulation defect of the domestic HV switchboard was analysed.It points out the problem existing in the design、manufacturing、operation of the HV switchboard:the air gap of phase-to-phase and phase-to-ground is a little small;the performance of the material quality of the organic insulation used in the switchboard is bad;the pure air gap in the compound insulation is a little small;the insulation level of some components in the switchboard is low.So the improving measurement of the switchboar insulatidon is put forward.
