摘    要:4-(4′-正丙基环己基)环己酮是一种重要的液晶中间体,本文用高锰酸钾氧化丙基环己基环己醇制备出了4-(4′-正丙基环己基)环己酮,并考察了溶剂,温度及酸用量对反应的影响,制得的目标产物气相含量为99.49%,杂质峰小于0.5%,并对目标产物的结构进行了红外光谱,气质谱及核磁共振碳谱的测定。

Abstract:4 - ( 4′ - propylcyclohexyl) cyclohexanone was prepared from 4 - ( 4′ - propylcyclohexyl) cyclohexanol . KMO4 was the oxidant in the solvent of acetone and ethylene dichloride at the temperature of 20℃. The content of the product by GC was 99.49 %. Structure of the compound was determined by IR,13C- NMR and GC -MS. The synthesized substance could be used as an important intermediate for multi -ring system liquid crystal compounds.
