| Abstract: | The author put forword the new technology of flood control by the water bag.And according to the typical dangerous conditions,he put forword several flood control measures by the water bag.This paper introduced the structure of the water bag,the method of filling water and the prepared work before construction.At last,it analyzed the characteristics of flood control by the water bag. |
