| 摘 要： | <正> 一、引言 关于在未来的微电子技术中是Si材料还是GaAs材料占主要地位,80年代初人们就展开了争论。但没有最后结果,却诞生了新的技术:GaAs/Si兼容技术。这一技术从开始研究至今,不过五年时间,但已成为微电子领域最受重视的方向之一。

| Abstract: | This paper Compares the technologies developed in GaAs and Si materials, and introduces the GaAs/Si compatible technology. We describes the state-of-the-arts in every divided GaAs/Si compatible technological level and discusses the main problems in their applications as well as its prospects. |
