摘    要:以桑蚕丝、柞蚕丝和羊毛3种蛋白质纤维为染色对象,研究中性盐、固色温度和碱剂对活性红M-3BE上染率、固色率的影响。实验结果表明:随着中性盐用量的增加,3种蛋白质纤维的染料上染率不同程度提高,其中柞蚕丝染料上染率提高最大。当中性盐达到一定用量,上染率达到平衡;随着固色温度的提高,3种蛋白质纤维上固色率均有不同程度的提高,但当温度大于80℃,固色率均呈下降趋势;对于桑蚕丝、柞蚕丝,碳酸氢钠比碳酸钠的固色率高,对于羊毛纤维,碳酸钠比碳酸氢钠的固色率高。实验结果对不同蛋白质纤维混纺或交织织物同色染色工艺制定具有一定的参考价值。

Abstract:The influence of neutral salt, fixation temperature, alkali on the dye uptake and fixation yield of a reactive dye, red M- 3BE, on three protein fibers, mulberry silk, tussah silk and wool, was studied in this paper. The results show that the dye uptakes of three fibers are enhanced in different extent with dosage of neutral salt increasing, while the enhanced degree of tussah is the greatest. When the neutral salt is added to a certain dosage, the dyeing will keep equilibrium; The fixation yield of red M-3BE is enhanced with the temperature increasing. However, when the temperature reaches 80 i ae,the fixation yield of all the three fibers decrease; The fixation yield of sodium bicarbonate is higher than sodium carbonate for silk and tussah, while for wool, the fixation yield of sodium carbonate is higher than sodium bicarbonate. The results may provide valuable reference for the dyeing of blended spinning and intertexture fabric made of different protein fibre.
