| 摘 要： | 本文以把转变思想和更新教育观念贯彻到本科生综合培养计划和整个教育教学工作的始终，把教学内容和课程体系的改革固化在一轮培养计划中，并通过全方位实施计划，深化教学改革，全面提高人才培养质量为主导思想，阐述了以素质教育和能力培养为核心，以“厚基础、宽口径、强能力、高素质”为目标的人才培养计划的全过程
