凝汽器冷却水流量测量方法分析及其比较

摘    要:通过汽轮机凝汽器冷却水流量的测量,分析了采用超声波流量计与凝汽器热平衡方法测量冷却水流量的精确度及均值。指出采用超声波流量计测量冷却水流量的方差值比较小,但超声波流量计的投资及测量费用较大。从测量的精确度及测量经济性两方面对两种测量方法进行了讨论,提出凝汽器冷却水流量的测量应该结合测量精确度及经济性二者综合决定应该采用何种测量方法。

Abstract:Through measuring steam turbine condenser cooling flow rate,the precision and mean values measured by ultrasonic flow meter and the method using heat balance are analyzed.The viewpoint is given that the square difference of cooling water flow rate measured by ultrasonic flow meter is smaller but the invest and measuring cost is large.In this paper,the two measuring methods are discussed from the angles of the precision and economy,in choosing the method of measuring cooling water flow rate.
