三相流体积传热系数的实验研究

摘    要:本文以戊烷-水为研究物系,测定了气-液-液三相直接接触换热器内温度和压强的轴向分布,并依此数据对体积传热系数模型进行了求解,结果表明在气-液-液三相段内,体积传热系数随着轴向高度的增大而增大。但随着高度的增长其增大速率逐渐变小。而在相同条件下,体积传热系数随着分散相流量的增大而增大。

Abstract:The distributions of the continuous-phase temperature and the pressure along the height were studied at different volume flowrate of dispersed phase for pentane-water system in a gas-liquid-liquid three-phase direct-contact exchanger. Depending on the experimental data, the model that had been derived was calculated. The results indicated that the values of the volumetric heat transfer coefficient increased with the height. But the increment speed decreased gradually. The volumetric heat transfer coefficient also increased with the volume flowrate of dispersed phase fluid when the other conditions kept in constant.
