电导式液位变送器的设计

摘    要:在成分和温度不变的情况下,导电液体的电导率是固定的。根据这一原理,可利用电极测量导电液体的电导来获得液位,此方法对于导电液体液位的可接触式测量能够得到较高的测量准确度。介绍一种电导式液位变送器的设计。这种液位变送器结构简单、性能稳定、成本低廉、便于安装和维修,已成功应用于实验室的液位测量和控制系统中。

Abstract:Specific conductance of conducting liquid is a constant when the component and temperature are changeless. According to this, conducting liquid level can be gauged by measuring the conductance of the liquid with a pair of electrodes and this method has been proved to have a relative high-accuracy. Then design of a conductive liquid level transmitter is introduced. This kind of liquid level transmitter has many advantages, such as simple structure, steady performance, low cost and convenient fixing and maintenance etc. It has been used in the liquid measuring and control system of the lab successfully.
