电火花线切割粗加工拐角策略研究

摘    要:由于电火花线切割加工用电极丝并非刚体,加工过程中受外力影响,导致电极丝的挠曲与振动,从而造成拐角加工精度的降低.通过调整加工参数与轨迹补偿相结合的方法,来提高拐角加工精度.通过轨迹补偿的策略能使任意期望平面的拐角加工误差为零,而加工参数调整的策略能使在任意其他期望平面的拐角误差在允许的范围之内.

Abstract:Due low-rigidity,wire electrodes is prone to bend and vibrate by various forces acting on the wire during Wire-EDM,which mainly causes contour error during corner cutting.In order to improve the corner accuracy,a power and path compensation strategy is proposed.The trajectory is compensated so that the error of the corner on any desired plane of the workpiece can be nearly zero.The processing parameters of wire-EDM are adjusted so that the error of the corner on any other desired plane of the workpiece can be within an allowable error.
