摘    要:传统曲轴连杆式径向油马达存在配流方式复杂、壳体和连杆制造困难等缺点,而静力平衡径向油马达柱塞所受到的侧向力较大,弹簧容易疲劳破坏,压力环容易啃伤柱塞底面,且这两种油马达工作时都浪费储存在压力油和缸体等构件中的弹性能。针对上述缺点提出一种新型静力平衡能量回收式单作用油马达的设计思想,并给出了实现方案;对其工作原理进行了分析;探讨了马达设计中的静力平衡、配油机构、能量回收等问题。

Abstract:The deficiency of ordinary radial piston crankshaft and rod type hydraulic motor,such as complex flow-distributor,complex technics of motor housing and rod manufacture were pointed out.There are some defects on the static equilibrium hydraulic motor similarly.For example,the deflecting force of piston is too big,the spring is easily damaged due to punishing stress,the underside of piston is easily damaged by the tension ring.Also,elastic strain energy which is saved in the pressure oil and cylinder is wasted when the former two kinds of motor work.In order to improve the deficiency of the former two motors,a novel single-acting hydraulic motor with static equilibrium and elastic strain energy recovery was brought forward.The operational principle of the new motor was described theoretically.Some questions on the motor design,such as static equilibrium,the flow-distributor,energy recovery,were discussed.
