摘    要:以辐射度学为理论基础,研究了紫外ICCD(UV-ICCD)的线性测量技术,提出了比较测量方法.参考探测器的光纤端面和UV-ICCD的光敏面置于同一截面内,首先使用线性参考探测器测量辐照度的衰减变化,然后将被测UV-ICCD置于辐照度场中心,记录不同辐照度下UV-ICCD的输出.最后,直线拟合给出UV-ICCD的灰度输出与输入辐照度关系曲线.参考探测器线性度的好坏直接决定线性测量的精度.为此,采用了非线性度不高于0.2%的科研级光谱仪.测量装置主要由标准氘灯、光学衰减器,积分球、参考探测器、电移台和计算机等组成,测量过程由计算机配套专用软件进行自动控制.实验结果表明,所测UV-ICCD的非线性度不高于3%,比较法测量的不确定度小于5%.

Abstract:Based on the theory of radiometry, the measurement technique for linear response of ultraviolet ICCD (UV-ICCD) detector was studied and a comparative measurement method was presented. The surface of photocathode in the UV-ICCD was set in the same section with the end of fiber belonging to the reference detector.
