摘    要:本文以锥杆球塞式斜轴泵为例,较全面地分析了无铰型斜轴泵缸体所受的各种阻力矩,并给出了相应的计算方法,指出缸体的阻力矩受泵的结构参数、工作状态参数、润滑状态、工作介质等因素的影响,结果对于该类泵的扭振模型的建立以及动态性能分析和设计具有一定的参考价值。

Abstract:The retarding torque of the cylinder block in the bend axis type axial piston pump are analyzed comprehensively, and some calculating methods of the retarding torque are given in this paper. And it is pointed out that the torque is related to the structure parameters, the state parameters, lubricate status and the medium performance. These resultse can provide the basis for the analysis of dynamic characteristics and the design of the pump.
