科普与企业文化的相互关联

摘    要:围绕科技型企业及其科普与文化建设,研究了科普与企业文化的相互关联。提出科普是企业文化的有机组成,能够激发职工追求真理的献身精神和尊重科学、崇尚理性、实事求是的价值观念。在实现企业又好又快科学发展的进程中,科普与企业文化融合的重要性将日趋显现。

Abstract:Their interrelations were studied by the cases of science popularization with culture construction in the enterprise. The science popularization is a aspect of enterprise culture, which can explode the self-denying energy of employees to seeing truth and the worth idea of the regard science, to call for logos and to be practical and realistic. And the fundamentality of introject will be more and more emergence in the course of scientific developing.
