| 摘 要： | 用图形法表示生物分子序列是生物信息学的一个重要研究课题,其中RNA二级结构以廖波提出的三维图形表示法应用比较广泛。在该算法的基础上,对二级结构中的自由基进行进一步划分,划分为假结内自由基和假结外自由基,并以此为基础提出了一种新的RNA二级结构三维图形表示法。将此表示法应用在随机抽取的5种含有假结的RNA分子上,可以有效地计算出它们之间的相似度。

| Abstract: | The graphical representation of biologic sequence is an important subject in the area of genome studies.Based on the graphical representation of RNA proposed by B.Liao which is widely used,a new 3-D graphical representation of RNA secondary structure include information of pseudoknots is presented.The free bases are divided into two kinds:in the pseudoknots and out of the pseudoknots.The examination of similarities among 5 RNA secondary structures illustrates the utility of the representation. |
