摘    要:低熔点氧化物添加剂在烧结时形成液相,可促进MnZn铁氧体磁头材料致密化,提高密度,改善磁性能.采用液相烧结,制备了组成为Mn0.60Zn0.32Fe2.08O4的高密度MnZn铁氧体磁头材料.

Abstract:Oxide additives with low melting point, such as V_2O_5,Bi_2O_3, and MoO_3, can promote densification and improve the magnetic properties of magnetic head ferrite via liquid phase formation during sintering. In this study,high density MnZn magnetic head ferrite with a nominal composition of Mn_(0.60)Zn_(0.32)Fe_(2.08)O_4 was prepared by liquid-phase sintering process.
