铝合金表面吸收率对焊缝成型的影响

摘    要:用有限元方法建立了铝合金激光焊接模型,采用ANSYS软件模拟了铝合金激光焊接过程中铝合金表面吸收率对焊接过程的影响.结果表明,当铝合金表面吸收率从10%增加到30%时,背面熔透时间下降十分明显,而表面吸收率继续增加,背面熔透时间下降不再明显;在选择表面涂层时,只要所选物质对激光的吸收率超过30%即可满足要求,不必过于追求高吸收率.

Effect of Aluminum Alloy Surface Absorptivity on Weld Shape
Abstract:The model of laser welding aluminum alloy was set up by means of finite element method. The changes of surface absorptivity with different laser power were simulated by ANSYS. The time of back fusion declines quite clearly when surface absorptivity increases from 10% to 30%, and the decrease is not evidence while surface absorptivity keeps on increasing. It can be chosen when the absorptivity rate of surface coat to laser power reaches 30%, and it is not necessary to pursue high absorptivity rate.
