摘    要:设计了一种用于砌块成型机的电液比例控制系统。与现在市场上被广泛使用的开关式的液压系统相比较,该系统通过电路元件对系统运动参数进行控制,提高了系统的可控性;同时由于比例阀的使用,将减轻液压系统在状态切换过程中带来的压力冲击。

Abstract:An electro-hydraulic proportional control system is designed for the block forming machine in this paper. Switch hydraulic systems have been widely used in the block forming machine. Compared to this, this system will control the system parameters through the circuit components. Thus it will improve the system controllability. Meanwhile, due to the use of the proportional valve, the hydraulic impact in the process of switching will be lessened.
