保障性住房公共空间设计策略研究

中国社会正在转型，快速城市化的进程不可逆转。城市大都会这种高度密集、高度综合和高度效率的聚居场所的产生是现代的社会和经济所需要的．保障性住房应运而生。保障性住房是指政府为中低收入住房困难家庭所提供的限定标准、限定价格或租金的住房。主要是依靠政府制度调配和国家资金支持。但作为我们设计师．面对量大而广的住宅设计，要对保障性住房设计的各个方面进行推敲．肩负起应尽的责任。本文通过对保障性住房公共空间设计的思考．分类探讨了居住区各公共空间的设计策略及评价标准。

A Preliminary Research of the Public Space Designing Strategies of Affordable Housing

Chinese society is in transition, rapid urbanization is irreversible. This highly dense urban metropolis, highly integrat- ed and highly efficient units inhabited places have modern social and economic needs, affordable housing came into being. Afford- able housing refers to the government for low-income housing for needy families provided by the limited standards, limit price or rent of housing, mainly relying on the deployment system of gov- ernment and state financial support, but as our designers, faced with large and widely residential design, the design of affordable housing to all aspects of scrutiny, to shoulder responsibility.
