换热器强化传热技术的研究进展

摘    要:介绍了被动式强化传热技术的研究进展,简述了典型和新型传热元件的开发和应用,针对换热器传热管表面处理技术,管的内插件和管束支撑结构的发展状况展开分析和论述;探讨了强化传热技术的发展方向,数值模拟和场协同原理技术的应用使换热器结构趋于最优化,强化传热技术由单一型向复合型方向发展,逐渐形成第三代传热技术.

Abstract:Progress in study on technology of heat transfer enhancement was introduced,development and application of typical and new type heat transfer components were described briefly,and the development status of the technology of heat exchange tube's surface treatment,tube plugged-in objects and tube bundle support were analyzed and studied.The development direction of heat transfer enhancement was discussed.The application of numerical simulation and field synergy principles made the structures of heat exchanger optimized,the technology of heat transfer enhancement developed from single to compound and gradually formed the third-generation of heat transfer technology.
