| 摘 要： | 分析了A201系列精梳机分离胶辊芯轴及套筒的密封缺陷，指出其影响精梳半成品质量稳定和胶辊使用寿命，提出新型精梳、并条机胶辊芯轴防尘密封结合件（发明专利号：200520103347．5），使精梳、并条机分离胶辊套筒存在的易磨损、溢油问题得到根本解决，胶辊的使用寿命得到延长；同时，通过对胶辊的合理工艺配置，半成品条干CV值得到大幅度改善，为纺织企业提供了一项投入小、见效快、易推广的短平快改造方案。

| Abstract: | Analysis is done to the sealing defect of mandrels of seperated rollers of series combing machines A201 and bushes thereof.It is stated that the defected sealing assembly tampers with quality consistency of combed semi-product and service life of cot.A new dust-proof assembly of mandrels of cots of combing and doubling machines is invented with patented no.200520103347.5,consequently solving the abrasion and oil-leakage problems uprootedly.The service life of cot is prolonged.Proper process configuration of cot improves CV value of semi-productsmarkedly,hence an instant modification plan is provided for textile concerns with small investment,immediate profit and easy genralization. |
