卤蝇蛆壳甲壳素的提取及壳聚糖的制备工艺

摘    要:对利用盐场废弃物卤蝇蛆壳提取甲壳素和制备壳聚糖的方法及工艺进行初步探索。确定最佳的工艺条件为 :蝇蛆壳∶盐酸 ( 2mol/L) =1g∶5mL ,在室温下反应 1h即可除去无机盐 ;另在室温下 ,先用质量分数 2 %NaOH与样品反应 4h后 ,过滤 ,再用质量分数 10 %NaOH于沸水中与样品反应 4h ,可有效去除蛆壳中的蛋白 ;脱乙酰基采用质量分数为 4 5 %的NaOH ,10 0℃ ,反应时间为 1h。在该条件下可得脱乙酰率较高的壳聚糖 ,制成的壳聚糖成品为白色 ,脱乙酰度为 78 90 % ,粘度为 1 12Pa·s。

Abstract:This paper primarily researched how to use the shell of brine fly grub,a by product form salt field,to extract chitin and prepare chitosan The shell of brine fly grub was dipped in 2mol/L HCl(at the ratio 1 g the shell of grub∶ 5*#mL 2mol/L HCl)for 1 hour at 25℃ in order to remove inorganic ingredient. Then sample was disposed in 2% NaOH at 25℃, in 10% NaOH at 100℃ for 4 hours respectively so that the protein of brine fly grub shell could be hydrolyzed. The disposed sample was deacetyled in 45% NaOH at 100℃ for 1 hour as so to prepare chitosan.The finished product was in white color, with a viscosity of 1.12 Pa·s, a deacetyled degree of 78 90%. This product was up to the level for the application in food industry and other industries.
