镍磷镀层对车用镁合金点焊接头腐蚀防护分析

摘    要:在车用镁合金AZ31B点焊接头通过化学镀的方法形成Ni-P镀层,并通过失重试验和电化学试验分析有、无镀层情况下母材与焊点的耐蚀性能。试验结果表明:母材Ni-P镀层表面微观形貌优于焊点Ni-P镀层表面微观形貌,60min内形成的镀层厚度分别为8.10μm和9.90μm。同一时间内无论有、无镀层,母材的失重量均低于焊点,腐蚀速率近似线性增加,有镀层时增加趋势缓慢。形成Ni-P镀层后,焊点和母材的自腐蚀电位提高,自腐蚀电流减小,显著降低了腐蚀速率。

Abstract:Ni-P coating was formed on Spot-welded joint of AZ31B magnesium alloy which usually was used in car by electroless plating method. The corrosion resistance of solder joint and base metal was analyzed under the circumtance of having coating or not by weight loss test and electrochemical test. The test results show that: Electroless plating microstructure of base metal is better than that on solder joint
