聚酰亚胺薄膜反射镜的研究现状

摘    要:聚酰亚胺薄膜反射镜是一种正在发展中的新概念技术;它将解决反射镜孔径与重量相互制约的问题,为构建太阳能收集、利用装置和大口径轻型成像反射镜奠定技术基础;美国、俄罗斯等国家的一些科研单位已经开始聚酰亚胺薄膜反射镜的研究,目前国内从事这方面研究的还非常少.此项研究将推动国内空间技术的发展.介绍了聚酰亚胺作为最有发展前途的新型反射镜材料的特点,阐述了聚酰亚胺反射镜的制备方法、像差校正手段、目前存在的主要技术难点和研究现状,以及应用领域和前景.

Current Status of Research on Polyimide Membrane Mirror

Abstract:Polyimide membrane reflector is a kind of new developing conceptual technique and it will solve the restriction between mirror aperture and weight. Several institutes in USA and Russia have already begun the research of this technique,but very little departments in China pay attention to it. The fabricate of polyimide membrane reflector will promote the development of domestic space technology. Characteristics of the most promising polyimide membrane mirror material are listed. The fabrication method of polyimide membrane mirror, rectify manner of aberration, existent technical difficulty and current status of those technical are introduced. The development and applications of polyimide membrane mirror are also presented.
