半导体激光器矢量光场分布研究

为了实现在利用衍射光学器件整形半导体激光器时,得到半导体激光器各个电磁分量的分布,且该分布能够在较近的距离上仍然适用的目的,采用基尔霍夫衍射理论和非傍轴条件下的菲涅耳近似理论推导和MATLAB语言编制相应的数值计算程序的方法,得到半导体激光器各电磁分量分布的结果。结果表明,除在特殊方向上,半导体激光为TM波和TE波的混合模,数值程序实现了计算不同距离上半导体激光器各个电磁分量的分布情况的功能。这对设计和分析半导体激光器衍射整形光学器件具有重要意义。

Study on Vectorial Light Field of Laser Diode
