| 摘 要： | 风险因素的存在是风险性造价不确定性的根本原因,三角形概率分布规律提供了确定风险造价期望值的方法。投资主体多元化、国际环境和国内市场发展都为建筑业进行风险管理提供了必要的条件。要加强建设项目的风险造价管理,投保工程保险分散建筑业的个体风险。本文论述了在工程造价管理中必然要融入风险管理的方法。

| Abstract: | The ultimately reason about the uncertainty risk-cost is the factor of the construction hazard. The orderliness of triangle probability distribution provides method to confirm the desired value of construction risk cost. Multiple subject of investment, international environment and development of domestic market all provide necessary condition for risk management of construction industry. It is necessary to promote the level of risk management of construction cost and buy construction insurance to cover the individual risk of construction. The paper is mainly concerned about how to melt the means of risk management into construction cost management. |
