| 摘 要： | 在注塑机已有定模板的内侧增加1块能够按不同模具所需时间进行往复运动的流道推板,使与之配套的各类注射模可省去流道推板、拉杆或拉板、先开模弹簧等零件 ,可以使点浇口进料的模具不再用人工取出流道凝料 ,在不使用机械手的情况下实现全自动化注射 ,提高了生产效率

| Abstract: | A runner ejection plate reciprocating according to the time needed for different moulds had been added to the inner side of the fixed half base of the injection machine. Various types of corresponding injection moulds could leave out some parts such as runner ejection plate, ejector pin or stripper plate and pre-mould-opening spring. Taking out runner-solidified-plastics artificially in moulds with pinpoint gate feeding is no longer necessary, fully automatic injection without manipulator has been accomplished, and the production efficiency has enhanced. |
