摘    要:测定猪胰脂肪酶催化(S)-2-甲基-1-丁醇与乙酸乙烯酯酯交换反应中(S)-2-甲基-1-丁醇的转化率。由酯交换反应的"乒乓模型",通过软件拟合,推出了该反应动力学方程,得到了相关的热力学参数(活化能Ea与频率因子k0)。

Abstract:The conversion of(S)-2-methyl-1-butanol in the porcine pancreatic lipase-catalyzed transesterification was determined.Based on the "Ping Pong Bi Bi" model of lipase-catalyzed transesterification in organic phase,the kinetic equation of the reaction was deduced and the relational thermodynamic parameters,the activated energy Ea and frequency factor k0,were calculated.
