摘    要: 针对目前滑坡灾害受灾体易损性评估定量化程度不高的现状,以典型受灾体(框架结构)为例,对易损性定量评估方法进行初步探讨。通过分析滑体对受灾体(框架结构)的冲击破坏过程,认为在滑体冲击受灾体过程中冲击力做功使冲击能逐步转化为受灾体变形能。由于出现不可恢复的塑性变形,变形能逐步耗散,而导致受灾体发生毁损,直至倒塌。将受灾体倒塌时所耗散的变形能作为抗灾性能指标,滑体冲击能作为致灾强度指标,建立起反映受灾体毁损程度与致灾强度和抗灾性能的定量函数关系。基于这一函数关系,采用能量法计算滑速,从而建立简化情况下滑坡受灾体易损性定量评估模型。该模型可反映致灾强度因素和抗灾性能因素及不确定性对易损性的影响。
