孤岛工作面沿空掘巷矿压特征研究及工程应用

摘    要: 孤岛工作面沿空掘巷矿压显现剧烈,支护难度大。若支护参数设计不当,巷道支护失败,必将极大影响工作面安全回采。以淮南潘三矿1251(3)孤岛工作面回风巷为工程背景,采用FLAC3D软件研究孤岛工作面沿空掘巷超前支承压力分布特征。通过建立孤岛工作面沿空掘巷基本顶的力学模型,推导出受动压影响时巷道顶板下沉量的计算公式。研究结果表明,孤岛工作面超前支承压力增加明显,孤岛工作面沿空掘巷围岩变形量剧增,其支护难度大大增加。在获得以上研究结果的基础上,分别对试验巷道掘进期间支护参数和回采期间加固参数进行设计。工程实践表明,锚网索和注浆加固联合支护可有效地控制孤岛工作面沿空掘巷围岩的变形,研究结果可在类似条件下推广应用。
