对网络整合的思考与建议

针对广电网络重组整合与发展速度、股权债务与业务分工、内外环境与不利因素等，提出网络行政整合必须从当地的实际出发，从网络的需求出发，制定统一的政策、统一的联网标准，分级分步实施网络整合。根据广电网络传播环境的变化，分析当前所存在的问题、所处的环境、资金危机、人才危机。指出发展对策和亟需做好的工作。

Thoughts and Suggestions on Net Conformity

Pointing to the realingnment , conformity and developing speed,in view of stock rights, debts and division of labour in business as well as in the light of the environment inside and outside. and the disadvantageous factors, administrative conformity for net must start from the local practical situation and from the requirement of net,setting up an united policy , and united net standard, and practising gradually net conformity by grading and classifying.Facing the transmitting environment changes in radio and TV net,analysed existing problems, the environments to lie on, crisis of fund and talent,gave the countermeasure developing and some problems.
