高碳钢连铸钢液过热度的控制

摘    要:阐述在一炼钢条件下生产高碳钢时浇铸温度的控制措施。通过改善钢包、中包的保温效果,并采用合理的LF炉温度控制模式,可以使高碳钢在进行低拉速浇铸时获得稳定且较低的过热度,从而有效降低铸坯碳偏析。

Abstract:The present paper expatiates the casting temperature control measures adopted in refining the high carbon steel under the current operating conditions in the No.1 Steel-making Plant.By improvement of the temperature hold conditions at the steel ladle and tundish and by selection of the optimal temperature mode in LF furnace,a consistent and low overheat result can be achieved in the process of casting the high carbon steel at low speed and therefore the carbon segregation in the slab can be effectively reduced.
