| 摘 要： | 从知识溢出视角,政府政策支持及研发补助视角,市场结构视角及其它影响研发创新的因素视角等四个层面分析了研发创新与宏观政策之间的关系以及如何促进国家、地区和企业的研发创新活动的相关研究,最后提出了这一研究领域所面临的问题和一些有关新兴发展方向的观点。

| Abstract: | This paper makes a review and analysis of the relationship between macroscopic policies and RD innovation activities and researches of how to promote national,regional RD innovation activities from the perspective of knowledge spillovers,the perspective of government policy support and RD subsidies,the perspective of market structure,and the perspective of other factors that affect RD innovation activities,and finally concludes with some problems faced and some points of new future development in this research area. |
