| 摘 要： | 本文介绍采用三菱变频器对MRGSF31/16经编机和MRGJSF36/1/18经编机的电机调速方式进行改造的过程。详述其改造方法、调试运行及变频器主要参数设置。结果表明:改造后的经编机具有节约能源,提高织物产质量,减少维修费用和投资少、见效快的特点。

| Abstract: | This paper introduce the process of transformation for motor speed regulation mode of MRGSF31/16 warp knitting machine and MRGJSF36/1/18 warp knitting machine using the Mitsubishi Inverter,and describes the transformation methods,debugging and running as well as set the main parameters of Inverter.The results show:after transformation warp knitting machine it have characteristics in save energy,improving yield and quality of fabric,reducing maintenance costs and less investment. |
