摘    要:从前期市场调研、投资决策、规划设计、招投标、工程施工以及竣工结算等环节探讨了房地产开发投资风险的控制,指出应做好前期的可行性研究、决策和规划设计阶段的工作,以确保房地产开发项目的顺利进行。

Abstract:The author discusses the investment risk control of the real estate development from the prior market research,the investment decision,the planning and design,the bidding,the engineering construction and the completion settlement,points out that the work of the prior feasibility study,the decision and the planning and design should be done well to guarantee the real estate development projects to be carried on smoothly.
