AM/AMPS/MAA三元共聚物的合成与性能

摘    要:采用氧化-还原引发体系合成丙烯酰胺/2-丙烯酰胺基-2-甲基丙磺酸/甲基丙烯酸(AM/AMPS/MAA)三元共聚物作为钻井液处理剂。初步评价了此三元共聚物的泥浆性能,结果表明,AM/AMPS/MAA三元共聚物具有较好的降滤失和耐温性能,较强的抗盐和抗钙,镁离子污染的能力,以及较好的防塌效果。

Abstract:The acrylamide - 2 - acrylamido - 2 - methylpropanesulfonic acid - methacrylic acid ( AM/AMPS/ MAA) terpolymer as a drilling - fluild addlitive was synthesized by redox initation. The mud performances of the terpolymer was evaluated in the laboratory. The results showed that the AM/AMPS/MAA terpolymer has very good heat resistance, depressing filter loss, salt tolerance, resistance to calcium and magnesium, and protection against collapse.
