聚苯胺/热塑性塑料复合材料的制备及其性能研究

摘    要:通过机械共混把化学法合成的聚苯胺粉末分别与PVC,ABS共混复合,制备了苯胺复合材料,着重研究了聚苯胺用量对复合材料的电导率、介电常数、介电损耗角正切和力学性能的影响。发现PVC是一种较适宜的基体材料,当PANI用量为80份时,PANI/PVC复合材料的电导率可提高七个数量级,而且仍具有良好的力学性能。SEM观察的结果表明PANI在PVC中具有较好的分散性。

Abstract:Polyaniline(PANI) composites were prepared by mechanically blending chemically synthesized PANI powder with PVC and ABS respectively. The effects of PANI contents on the conductivity, inductivity, inductive loss tangent and mechanical properties of the composites were studied in particular. It was shown that PVC was a suitable polymeric matrix. The conductivity of PANI/PVC composite increased by 7 orders of magnitude and the composite had still excellent mechanical propertices when PANI/PVC weight ratio was 80/100. The SEM results showed that PANI was uniformly dispered in PVC.
