耐蒸煮BOPP/PVA涂层/IPP复合膜的性能

摘    要:本文采用差示扫描量热法研究了双向拉伸聚丙烯膜和吹塑聚丙烯膜的熔化过程,实验结果表明,升温速度为80度/分时,BOPP的熔点比IPP的高14.6℃,BOPP/PVA涂层/IPP复合膜能采用机器制袋,透氧量测定结果表明蒸煮前后BOPP/PVA涂层/IPP复合膜的氧阻隔性无明显变化。包装贮存实验结果表明,BOPP/PVA涂层/IPP复合膜袋对午餐肉的保质效果优于Nylon/CPP复合膜袋。

Abstract:Melting of BOPP and IPP was studied by means of DSC in this paper. The results indicated that the melting point of IPP was 14. 6 C lower than that of BOPP at scanning rate of 80%min . BOPP/PVA-coat/TPP laminate film could be used to produce film- bag on bag-making machine. Boiled at temperature of 121 C .the exygen barrier of BOPP/PVA-coat/IPP laminated film did not change obviously. A storage test for cooked minced meat showed the anti-staling of th meat packaged with BOPP/PVA -coat/IPP laminated film was better than that of the meat packaged with nylon/CPP film.
