| 摘 要： | 热管应用于挤出机螺杆的热交换，并将热管和螺杆做成一体，提出了热管式螺杆的概念，阐述了热管式螺杆的传热机理，进行了Ｎｕｓｓｅｌｔ分析，指出了影响性能的诸因素，认为热管式螺杆结构简单，传热性能优异。

| Abstract: | Heat pipe was used to the heat exchange of extruder screw and a heat-pipe screw was made, putting forward a concept of the heat-pipe screw. The principle of the heat transmission of the screw was set forth and the Nusselt analysis was made. The factors having effect on the heat transmission property were studied. It was believed that the heat-pipe screw was simple in construction and superior in heat transmission. |
