新型丙烯聚合催化剂的性能与微观结构分析

摘    要:采用激光粒度分布仪,扫描电子显微镜及差示扫描量热仪,分别对新型及原丙烯聚合催化剂及其聚合物的物性进行了分析,发现新型催化剂比原催化剂颗粒粒径分布窄且分布均匀,平均粒径小,比表面积大,颗粒形态良好。小试聚合实验结果表明:新型催化剂的催化效率高,氢调敏感,聚合物等规指数容易调节并可以控制,聚合物复制了催化剂的形态,且粒径分布较窄。同时,进行了丙烯-乙烯共聚实验,从聚合物熔点及乙烯含量的测定结果可以说明:新型催化剂共聚性能优良。

Abstract:The physical properties of the homemade and reference high efficiency catalysts for propylene polymerization and their polymers were characterized with laser particle size analysis, scanning electron microscopy and differential scanning calorimetry. The results show that the homemade catalyst has features of uniform particle size distribution narrower than the reference catalyst, small average particle size, large specific surface area and good particle morphology. The data confirm that the homemade catalyst exhibits advantages of high catalytic efficiency, high sensitivity to hydrogen - modulation and easy adjusting and controlling the isotactic index of its polymer, compared with the reference catalyst. Furthermore, the polymer "duplicates" the morphology of the homemade catalyst and keeps its particle size in a narrow range. The catalyst also has a superior performance in the copolvmerization of propylene with etliylene as demonstrated in the tests of melting point and ethylene content of the polymer.
