摘    要:食品生产企业的主体行为是影响食品安全状态的重要因素。本文基于行为理论,结合专家经验与监管工作实际做法,建立了食品企业主体行为三维要素结构及表征指标体系。在此基础上,结合近年来调查数据,运用了逐步回归分析方法,确定了影响食品安全状态的关键主体行为表征指标,并提出了监管措施建议。

Abstract:The subject behaviors of food factories show important influences on food safety. Based on behavioral theory, combined with experts' experiences and realistic supervision methods, this paper investigated the dimensions and factors of subject behavior, and analyzed the characteristic indicators and indicator system for subject behavior. Based on the investigation on food factories in recent years, this paper gave a stepwise regression analysis on the food factories' most important subject behaviors. Besides, some advices were given for supervision.
