摘    要:防止换流阀冷却水系统结垢的方法有:大量排污换水:对补水进行除盐或软化;加入一定的化学物质。本文介绍了在葛洲坝换流站使用化学物质2-膦酸丁基-1,2,4三羧酸(PBTC)减少冷却水系统结垢的一些成功经验。在实验室进行的阻垢和腐蚀试验确定PBTC的使用浓度为2-3mg/L,现场试验证实热交换器结垢得到了控制,PBTC的阻垢效果令人满意,冷却水系统未发生腐蚀,保证了换流阀的安全正常运行。

Abstract:There are several ways to inhibit scale:a large flow blow down,softening the make-up wa- ter,adding some chemical. A successful experience for treating the cooling water with the chemical, 2- phospono-1, 2,4-tricarboxylic acid(PBTC),in Gezhouba HVDC Converter Station was introduced. The experiment of scale inhibition and corrosion in laboratory determined that the density of PBTC is 2- 3mg/l. The test in site verified that the scale in heat-exchange apparatus had been controlled and the scale inhibition with PBTC was satisfactory. The corrosion no longer occurs throughout the cooling water system.
