| Abstract: | This paper presents an overview on the economic situation of rubber industry in 2013 and recent development plan. In 2013, the overall economic operation of the rubber industry was stable, the adjustment ofproduct portfolio structure was continuously reinforced, profitability slightly increased, product price decreased, and the overall export volume slightly increased. In order to build a strong rubber industry in China, recent development plan is focusing on green tire, industry self-discipline and brand promotion. |
